Download Monroe’s Community and Resource Guide for a list of local agencies that provide housing, basic needs, and mental health support.

Call 1-800-Red-Cross for evacuation shelter and disaster relief services.

Call Volunteers of America at 2-1-1 for up-to-date information on local human services like food, housing, crisis support, and other services for residents displaced by flooding.

Pioneer Human Services maintains a community resource guide of available human services including housing, shelter, food, healthcare, clothing, and more.

Residents aged 55 and older and adults with disabilities who are 18 and older can call Homage Senior Services Aging and Disability Resource Network for information about community resources and available services.

WA State Access and Functional Needs Disaster Recovery Resource List from Coalition on Inclusive Emergency Planning (CIEP). These resources help people with disabilities and other access and functional needs following a disaster. 

Visit Washington State’s Financial Resources and Recovery for Washingtonians webpage for additional disaster relief information (cash and food assistance, housing and property assistance, livestock assistance, county resources).

Learn if you qualify for State Individual Assistance by submitting an Unmet Needs Assessment Form to the State Emergency Management Division.

U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Assistance Centers

Learn about the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loans. For in-person assistance, visit the Snohomish County Disaster Loan Outreach Center, Snohomish Library, 311 Maple Ave., Snohomish WA. Hours: Mon.-Thurs., 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Fri., 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sat., 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. 

Visit the SBA Business Recovery Center, March 16-April 3, 2026 for assistance with an application for a low-interest loan. The Center is located at Sultan City Hall, 319 Main Street, Sultan, WA. Hours: Hours: Mondays – Wednesdays, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Fridays, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.  

No appointment is necessary at either location, walk-ins are welcome. Those who prefer to schedule an in-person appointment in advance can do so at https://appointment.sba.gov/.

The deadline to return physical damage injury applications is April 27. The deadline to return economic injury applications is Nov. 24, 206. Learn more about SBA's disaster assistance at http://www.sba.gov/disaster or call their Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955.

Snohomish County continues to accept reports of property damage from the December 2025 flood. Submit your report online or call 425-388-5060.

Business Resources

Snohomish County, EASC partnering on disaster and flooding resources for businesses: In partnership with Snohomish County government, Economic Alliance of Snohomish County has compiled a list of resources for businesses during natural disasters, with an emphasis on flooding assistance. This list is not comprehensive and may not include all resources available, but each has been vetted and approved by the Snohomish County Economic Development Department. With active flooding in our region, this page will continue to post updates.
