The City of Monroe website (MonroeWA.gov) and all other of its current and future registered websites are offered to users conditioned on the terms of the City’s Website Privacy and Disclaimer Policy, (“Disclaimer”).

Monroe’s Disclaimer policy addresses the City’s responsibilities in managing its website(s) for obligations such as privacy and security, electronic commerce, linking, copyrights, accessibility and associated issues such as data collection, public records requests and information needed in an alternate format. Users’ access and use of this site and other City of Monroe registered websites constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions bound by this Disclaimer.

The Disclaimer policy was adopted by the Monroe City Council in October 2025 via Resolution 2025-021.
