The City offers a wide range of benefits to eligible employees. All full-time City of Monroe employees receive benefits; part-time employees benefits are pro-rated; and temporary employees receive federal and state mandated benefits. We strive to provide employees and their eligible family members with programs, tools, and resources to help so they can enjoy a balanced “work-life.”
