Passport Office Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm (closed 12 pm to 2 pm)
Friday: 9 am to 12 pm
Please call to schedule an appointment if you need more than four (4) passport applications processed. This will assist the City in ensuring we have staff available and will save you time.

Current Processing Times:
6 weeks for routine processing
3 weeks for expedited processing
The City does not process renewal applications for persons over 18 years. Adult passports that have been expired less than 5 years, need to submit a renewal application by mail to the U.S. Department of State.
All minors age 15 and under, regardless of previous passport issuance, must apply for a new passport in person.
