How long have you lived in Monroe? If you are not a Monroe native, what brought you here?
I have lived in the Monroe area since the mid 90’s. My wife and I moved to the Monroe area to be near our parents, and we love it here!

What is your professional background/experience/passion?
I managed independent automotive repair shops for 16 years. I served on the Board of Trustees for the Employees Community Fund of Boeing Puget Sound, overseeing and managing an annual budget of $9.6M. In 2017, I finished up my bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Northwest University and switched to an Analyst role at The Boeing Company.  I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the process of helping to shape our beautiful city!

What are your hobbies or interests?
My wife and I have been active foster and adoptive parents in this community. In 2015, we founded The Treasure Chest, a non-profit to help foster and adoptive families.  I enjoy my Irish heritage, Christmas, coffee, music, movies, hiking, swimming, singing, and being outdoors.
