Yes. Per Monroe Municipal Code Chapter 5.08, a city-issued permit is required for peddlers, solicitors and transient merchants prior to conducting business. Yes. A fence permit is required. Information and applications can be found HERE. Please contact our Building Permit Technicians at building@monroewa.gov for information on the process. There is no charge for a fence permit.
