NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING is scheduled to be held Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. by the City of Monroe Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 806 West Main Street, Monroe, WA on the proposed PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR EAGLEMONT (PL2012-03) and APPEAL OF SEPA DETERMINATION (MDNS) 2012-12.

Date of Completeness: October 17, 2012
Project Location: 13611 197th Ave SE, Monroe, WA. Project is further located by parcel numbers: 28073100201000, 28073100203300, 28073100203400, 28073100201100, 28073100203200, 28073100204000, 01014030050200, and 01010300050100.

Subdivision of eight parcels totaling 35.03 acres in to 146 residential lots in accordance with the City of Monroe Subdivision and Zoning Code standards found in Titles 17 and 18 of the Monroe Municipal Code. The parcels are currently located within the Residential - 4 (R-4) Zoning District. The project is being developed in up to three phases. Phase I will consist of 63 lots, Phase II will consist of 41 lots and Phase III will consist of 42 lots.

Any interested person(s) may appear and voice approval/disapproval of the requested application. Written comments must be received prior to the public hearing at Monroe City Hall, 806 W Main Street, Monroe, WA 98272.
