Public Comment Procedure:
Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 pm, Thursday, December 20, 2012 and can be submitted to Paul Popelka at or at Monroe City Hall, 806 W Main St., Monroe WA 98272. The project documents are also available for review at Monroe City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.

A decision will be made within 120 days of the date of the letter of completeness excluding time periods as described in MMC 21.50.110.
