[ARCHIVED] Flag Lowering

President Trump has ordered flags at all public buildings  and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval  vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia and throughout  the United States and its Territories and possessions be lowered to half-staff immediately and  should be flown at half-staff through sunset on Monday, February 19th, 2018 as  a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence at  the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida on  February 14th, 2018.

 


Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on  Monday, February 19th, 2018.

  

Other government entities, businesses, and citizens are  encouraged to join in this recognition.
