We have just received word from the Monroe Chamber of Commerce that the free music in the park Heart By Heart concert is ON for this Thursday evening from 6:30pm to 8:30pm! Beer Garden is brought to you by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and a Root Beer Garden is sponsored by Sky Performing Arts. Big Dog's concessions will be on-site as well.
