The Comprehensive Plan evaluates growth and land use changes for the City on a 20 year planning horizon (to a horizon year of 2035). The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) reviews potential impacts of proposed goals, policies, alternative land use plans, and other features of the Comprehensive Plan at a non-project programmatic level of analysis. The Comprehensive Plan was crafted as an integrated plan and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) document, with specific documentation related to environmental impacts included.

All members of the public are welcome to attend the May 11, 2015 continued public hearing and provide oral or written comment to the Planning Commission.
