[ARCHIVED] Draft 2015-2035 City of Monroe Comprehensive Plan

The City of Monroe is pleased to present the 2015-2035 Draft Comprehensive Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) as an integrated document for your review and comment.

No specific development is proposed under application, this is a non-project action. The Comprehensive Plan evaluates growth and land use changes for the City on a 20 year planning horizon. The DEIS reviews potential impacts of proposed goals, policies, alternative land use plans, and other features of the Comprehensive Plan at a non-project programmatic level of analysis. The plan was crafted as an integrated plan and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) document, with specific documentation related to environmental impacts included in Appendix A.
