The purpose of this hearing is to take public testimony on the proposed amendment to the Monroe Municipal Code adding buffers to which marijuana related uses cannot operate within 1,000 feet. These include the Evergreen State Fairgrounds, private parks, and churches. PUBLIC COMMENT PROCEDURE: Any interested person(s) may provide public testimony regarding the proposed rezone. Written comments must be received in original form prior to the public hearing.
