Notice is hereby given that a quorum of City Councilmembers may be in attendance at the following meeting, and, therefore, in accordance with RCW 42.30.080, the event is being noticed out of an abundance of caution as a Special Meeting of the Monroe City Council. There is no agenda/planned action items due to this being a meeting of the Snohomish County Board of Health as opposed to a formal Council meeting. No action of the City Council is anticipated at this event.
