Pursuant to Council Rules of Procedure and the 2022 Open Public Meetings Act update, the Monroe City Council meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Councilmembers, staff and members of the public may participate in Monroe City Council meetings both in-person and remotely.

Public comment is a limited public forum. Oral public comment is limited to in-person comment only. Written comments can be emailed to cityclerk@monroewa.gov and must be received by 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting for advanced distribution to City Council. Written comments received at the council meeting will be distributed to council at the council meeting. Pursuant to Council Rules of Procedure, written comments will not be read into the record.
