The City of Monroe, in partnership with the Economic Alliance of Snohomish County, invites you to attend an Inclusion & Equity Forum on September 13, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, at the Galaxy Theatres in Monroe.

In today's dynamic world, fostering an equitable and inclusive environment is essential for building stronger and more vibrant communities. This forum is designed to broaden our understanding of inclusion and equity by exploring their significance beyond race, extending into various aspects that shape our lives.

The discussion will be facilitated by Dr. Terryl Ross of Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region. Terryl has over 30 years of experience related to equity and social justice. Specifically, he specializes in examining the intersectionality of race, changing demographics, emerging trends, higher education, and new media.
