View My Utility Account
You can view your utility account online.  Account history, water consumption, and payment receipts can now all be accessed online.  You can also make a payment online with a check or credit card, or sign up for the recurring payment option.  This new program requires you to register with a user name & password.  For the first time registering, you will also need your utility account number and the name of the account as it appears on your bill.  This is to protect your privacy.  Problems?  Call customer service at 360-794-7400 and they will walk you through it.

Paying Your Utility Bill    
  • Pay Online with credit card or check (NEW)
  • Automatic Bill Payment - Direct Debit
  • Mail your payment to:
    City of Monroe, P.O. Box 3697, Seattle, WA 98124-3697
  • Drop-off payment box is located on wall at City Hall front entrance area
  • Pay in person at Monroe City Hall during normal business hours
  • Pay over the phone with VISA or MasterCard, with applicable fee
