Passport Office Hours:

Monday through Thursday - 9am to 4pm

Friday - 9am to 12pm

Note: an appointment is needed between 12pm to 2pm

Please call to schedule an appointment if you need more than four (4) passport applications processed. This will assist the City in ensuring we have staff available and will save you time.

Current Processing Times:

6 weeks for routine processing 
3 weeks for expedited processing

Passport Renewals:

The City does not process renewal applications.

Adult passports, that have been expired less than 5 years, need to submit a renewal application by mail to the U.S. Department of State.

All minors, age 15 and under who have or have not had a passport in the past must apply for a new passport in person.
