Chief Tim Quenzer
Chief Tim Quenzer is a 39-year veteran of law enforcement in the State of Washington and joined the Monroe Police Department in 2002.

Prior to joining this agency, he was a member of the Washington State Patrol where his career took him throughout the state in varied assignments. Chief Quenzer worked his way up through the ranks of Sergeant, Lieutenant, District Commander and prior to retirement, he served in the Olympia Headquarters as the Assistant Chief of the Washington State Patrol.

Chief Quenzer is a native of the State of Washington and grew up near Dusty, Washington. He is a graduate of Shoreline Community College and the University of Louisville Justice Administration, Police Command School.

Deputy Chief Ken Ginnard
Ken Ginnard is the Deputy Chief of Police for the Monroe Police Department.  In this position, he is responsible for the day-to-day internal operations of the Police Department and directly supervises the Operations Division and Administrative Director. 

Deputy Chief Ginnard started his law enforcement career in 1980 and joined the Monroe Police Department as Deputy Chief in March 2012.  Prior to joining the Monroe Police Department, he was a member of the Washington State Patrol where his resume included being a Narcotics Task Force Commander, Trooper, Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain.  His latest assignment before joining this agency was as the District Commander in King County, the largest manpower district the State Patrol has.

Administrative Bureau Director Debra Willis
Debra Willis is the Administrative Bureau Director for the Monroe Police Department. Director Willis began her law enforcement career with the Washington State Patrol in 1987, and was hired by the Monroe Police Department in 2006.

As the Administrative Director, some of Director Willis' responsibilities include Budget Management, Recruitment and Hiring, Facility & Equipment Management, and Policy Development. Director Willis is also responsible for Media Relations and works as the Department's Public Information Officer.

She is a graduate of the Washington State Criminal Justice Command College.
