PROPOSITION NO 1
PARKS AND FAIRGROUNDS BONDS

EAST COUNTY PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT
SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WASHINGTON

The Board of Park Commissioners of the East County Park and Recreation District, Snohomish County, Washington (the “District”), has adopted Resolution 19-67 concerning financing for acquisition and improvements to parks and the fairgrounds. This proposition would authorize the District to improve the fairgrounds, make athletic field renovations at Lake Tye and Maltby Parks, acquire and develop a North Hill area park, upgrade playgrounds at 8 neighborhood parks, develop the Chain Lake non-motorized path, and make other park improvements, and issue no more than $26,500,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 21 years and to levy excess property taxes to repay such bonds, as provided in Resolution 19-67.
