Fingerprinting Services

The Monroe Police Department provides fingerprinting services for those residing inside the city limits of Monroe only.  Although you may have a Monroe postal code, you might not reside within city limits. You can utilize the Snohomish County Interactive Map to determine which jurisdiction you reside in.  Fingerprinting is by appointment only on Tuesdays or Thursdays between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., with the last appointment occurring at 3:45 p.m.  Call 360-794-6300 or email pdrecords@ci.monroe.wa.us to make an appointment.

Fees

Fingerprinting fees are regulated by a City of Monroe Fee Resolution that is reviewed each year. Fingerprinting fees have been established as follows:

What to Bring

You will need to bring current issued photo identification.  The following government identification is acceptable:

  • Passport
  • Washington State Driver's License or Identification Card
  • Equivalent Out-of-State Identification
  • Law Enforcement Identification
  • Military Identification
