To submit files under 20 megabytes, please send your documents directly to the appropriate email below. For files over 20 megabytes, we use ShareFile.
To request a ShareFile link to upload your documents to, send an email to one of the address below.
For Building, Engineering, and Fire Department permit submittals and information on uploading permit documents, email Building.
For Land Use, Development, and Sign permit submittals and information on uploading permit documents, email Land Use.

A check, made out to the City of Monroe, can be sent in the mail to City Hall at 806 W Main St Monroe, WA 98272 - Attn: Permit Center with reference to app # provided
